Purpose

The purpose of the Orbis Cascade Alliance’s documentation on using OpenRefine for Cleanup is to:

• Assist institutions in doing metadata cleanup as part of their transition to ArchivesSpace;
• Use efficient approaches to cleaning up finding aid metadata–whether that cleanup is prior to an AT migration, or to importing EAD into ArchivesSpace
