Council Meetings

Traditionally, Council meets the second Thursday & Friday in March, July, and November. Our Standard Schedule was from Noon to 5 p.m. on day 1 and from 9 a.m. to Noon on the second day. Dates are revised as needed to avoid conflict with American Library Association Meetings.

FY2025

August – No Meeting
September 17, 2024 – 2 to 3pm: Business Meeting – 1 hour via Zoom
November 1, 2024 – 11 to 12noon: Pre-Extended Meeting Conversation – 1 hour via Zoom
November 14 & 15, 2024 – Both 1 to 3pm: Extended Business Meeting – 2 two-hour meetings via Zoom
