Overview
The Alliance Board of Directors is elected by the Council. The Board has primary responsibility for
developing and approving strategic directions, policies, initiatives, partnerships, and budgetary
actions and serve as the legal stewards of the Alliance.
Meetings FY25
- Full Board meetings: First Tuesday from 3 to 4pm
- Chairs Meetings: Third Tuesday from 2 to 3pm
- ED & Chair 1:1: Second Tuesday from 2 to 3pm
Extended Board meetings:
- Oct 14 & 15, 2024: In-person
- February 10 & 11, 2025: 1 to 3pm – Zoom
- June 17 & 18, 2025: In-person
