The Diversity and User Experience (DUX) program provides broad support and leadership on user experience, including accessibility of services and resources. We’re a collaborative community whose work is informed by our dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist principles.
We look toward connections and intersections beyond technology and systems, with a focus on the practices and philosophies of enhancing user experiences. These connections include public services and member access–areas of library work where we directly assist, support, and engage with patrons, user communities, and library workers.
