What next? The Shared ILS Team has just started analyzing these responses but early signs are good; these are clearly very substantial bids. The Team will be score bids according to the formal criteria outlined in the RFP and determine who will be invited to provide product demos (remember those online demos will be scheduled for the week of April 2-6). Next week we'll make full bids available to Council and Shared ILS working groups and start preparing bid summaries that will be available to all staff at member libraries. Stay tuned!
