Damaged during loan

The item is damaged during the loan. What now? Will the Owning Site accept a replacement copy from the patron or borrowing site?

Recall

Can I recall something that we need back? Generally, no. Recall is allowed only when item is needed for course reserve. Recall, when allowed by policy, is done through individual communications between site contacts and not through NRE.  See the Policy on Recall for Summit request or local use.
