Looks like the levels of requirement are going to be met, do we have
any other issues that may cause problems for Worldcat Local folks
(Anya)? Can we have this set to go for the February upgrade? Start a
plan to get from OCLC - set up time, what do they need from OCLC to give
to our members so they can start moving to this. What we need to ask
our libraries and the lead time, when it will be installed.
Bill Jordan has this information - Heidi; OCLC should be installing
this code and see where it is in the registry. Work on instructions for
this, next OCLC call, need to know what are our next steps, the screen
will not becoming from zportal, what do we need to alert are libraries
too, and what does OCLC need to get this going. - Ralph and Ed.
Willamette, and Lewis and Clark would be willing to try it and write
instructions for moving to it.
How will we make the transition? - Ralph and Ed
Stats hub update (Bill).
Official stats come from Jasper and not the OCLC Worldcat interface.
Rota Update From Kyle, Anya and his work
with Ralph (Kyle).
The rota is now going to be run everyday, to get it back to an
average. Ralph is sending a report each night to the SPOT list. He will
send each night and Kyle and Anya will monitor.
It looks like in his line chart, when it started going up and down
and lot. Rick and Anya we could not be pin pointed in a position, as we
do not what will happen the next time it will run.
A more sophisiticated count on the overall
total. A chance to just do things not there every day.
Is "unsticky" causing too many problems?
Do we have a solutions page up on the summit site? Friday message.
Nancy & Rick are working on a possible solution - What is the
right thing to do when you encounter different scenarios.
SPOT.CSI Update (Rick)
Rick is getting info to Elizabeth to set up a call. Survey themes -
Anya will be posting the categories.
SPOT.User Update (Allie)
Allie's group has agreed to meet by a group chat, once they get the
themes, and what to do. Maybe Rachel and Beth from original UI team will
have some suggestions about the survey results to drive the remainder
of the projects.
Official communication plan - need to find
a template. (Anya, Bill)
http://www.hieran.com/comet/howto.html - The King County Library
plan may be close to what we need here.
Configuration change needed to see patron
while requesting for someone.
OCLC - Call to please tell them to turn.
Paging slips.
Heidi - will contact
that. I will check with the other libraries
