Date Due slip

Purpose, description, and use

Stamp and date an Item Date Due Slip (often in back of book, or pocket). Can be helpful if patron removes the bookband; depending on the markings, will distinguish between ILL and Summit borrowed material.

Example: WU has a special Summit stamp; staff stamps the Date Due slip in red ink at the time of checkout to patron, and adds the checkout date and staff initials
