Bookband for 2008

This udpated bookband for 2008 is based on the current bookband, with some changes in format and new sites added.

Changes made:

- normalized the type font so it's all closer to the same size
- increased the size of the dropsite code numbers
- text for the name is aligned to the left, and the code is on the right
- changed a couple of abbreviations of dropsite names
- added Concordia and Warner
