Pickup Anywhere

Beginning Dec. 2008: automated Pickup Anywhere service (for patrons to pickup materials at other member libraries) not currently available. Patrons may visit another member library, register as a patron of that library ("adopted" by that library),  and then request  materials as that library's patron, to be delivered there.

Reciprocity and On-site borrowing privileges

Policies regarding privileges provided visiting borrowers are at the lending library's discretion, but include borrowing from the general collections at a minimum. They also include the use of Summit for borrowing. Until a viable "Pick Up Anywhere" service is available delivery of Summit materials requested by adopted Visiting Patrons is to the library being visited. Reciprocal borrowing privileges do not include access to licensed materials or Interlibrary Loan services.
